Accessibility in Insights

We build Insights so the pages can be used with a keyboard, with a screen reader and on a phone. The aim is level AA of WCAG 2.1.

What is in place

Text and background meet level AA contrast.
Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels high.
Keyboard focus is clearly visible and follows the page order.
Pages carry a skip link, heading levels and landmarks.
Motion is reduced when the operating system asks for less motion.
Images that carry meaning have a description, decorative images are hidden.

What is not finished

No external accessibility audit has been carried out yet.
A first-visit language choice that remembers the choice is not built. The language is changed in the footer and in the workspace instead.
Printed reports are checked on screen, but not with a screen reader.
